Delivery to Site (PSP mode)
A delivery request transfers investigational product (IP) from a Site Pharmacy (acting as the local warehouse) to a Clinical Research Site. The Sponsor creates the request and selects the specific serial numbers or lots to ship; the request then moves through review, warehouse preparation, and site confirmation before the transfer is complete.
Navigate: IMP → Transfer → Delivery to Site
- Study status must be Available.
- IP must already be received into the source Site Pharmacy — see Receipts — before it can be delivered to a Clinical Research Site.
The kit-selection screen shown in Step 2 (Detailed Operation) depends on the study's Tracking setting.
Choosing the right guide
| By Unique Serial Number | By Lots | |
|---|---|---|
| Step 2 product-detail screen | A dual-list serial-number picker per product | An inline lot table per product, with a New LOT number action |
| Site-side discrepancy reporting on confirm | Per-serial-number omitted/damaged checklist | Per-lot omitted/damaged quantity table |
For the full step-by-step workflow, open the guide for the study's configured Tracking method:
A PSP study configured with Tracking method = No tracking does not get a distinct product-detail screen on this page. Step 2 (Detailed Operation) shows no kit- or lot-selection block for these studies — the product and quantity captured in Step 1 (Delivery information) is what carries forward to warehouse preparation and site confirmation, with no serial number or lot to select. There is no separate guide for this case.
